1. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required in your country to enter binding agreements, and comply with the terms of any platform used to complete your order, including Discord.

2. Orders and delivery

Purchases are handled through our Discord. Prices, availability and product details can change at any time without notice. An order is complete once payment is confirmed and the product is delivered in your ticket.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to break any applicable law;
• Do not attempt to defraud, chargeback abuse, or exploit the shop or its staff;
• Do not resell or misrepresent products without our permission.

We may refuse service or revoke access for anyone violating these terms, without notice.

4. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Stock, features and pages may change or be removed at any time.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, halal and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
