Refund Policy

This policy explains when refunds are and are not issued for purchases made through halal.
1. All sales are final
Because products are delivered digitally and immediately, all purchases are final by default. Confirm details in your ticket before paying.
2. When we will refund
- You were charged twice for the same order;
- You paid but never received the product, and support could not resolve it within 72 hours;
- The product delivered was materially different from what was advertised.
3. When we will not refund
- You changed your mind after delivery;
- You broke our Terms of Service;
- Issues caused by your own account, platform, or setup after successful delivery.
4. How to request a refund
Open a ticket in our Discord within 7 days of purchase with your order details and the reason. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback instead of contacting support results in a permanent ban from the shop. Talk to us first.
